Can you teach sleep?
You know why they’re waking in the night. You know they need to learn to self settle. How do you teach someone to sleep? You were ready to help guide your child through all aspects of life, crawling, walking, talking etc but you were not ready to teach them to sleep. Who doesn’t know how to fall asleep? Your baby has no idea how to fall asleep. And in desperation, or perhaps by accident, you’ve taught them to rely on you to get to sleep. (Dont worry)
The good news is; You are not the first parents we have helped with this problem. We have worked with worked with alot (thousands if you include the whole Sleep Support Team) of families to gently establish healthy sleep routines that respect the child’s individual temperament and helps the whole family benefit from a good night’s sleep. We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire prior to our Skype conversation so we know more about your child. We will listen to your worries and where you may feel the problem stems from. We shall also create a new routine together which nurtures your child. The Mothership will also write out the individual sleep plan for you to refer back to when needed.
Personalized Online Sleep and Feeding Log – You will fill this out daily and your Consultant will be checking it and corresponding with you when possible. This is The Motherships added value we will also support you after your package is complete.

We cannot guarantee overnight success. It’s hard work, with a lot of ongoing support. Daylight Saving Time, Teething, illness, there are so many things that can disrupt your child’s sleep pattern. It’s a continual work in progress, so let’s work on it together.
